Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DealersDataZone handles personal information when you create an account, sign in, buy data or airtime, manage a storefront, or contact support.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, any phone number you provide, account role, and account preferences. If you use a password, we store a password hash rather than the plain password.
- Google sign-in: with your permission, Google provides your basic profile and email information. Our sign-in integration stores your name, email address and a unique Google account identifier so we can connect you to the correct DealersDataZone account. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars, and it does not receive your Google password. We do not retain Google access or refresh tokens for ongoing access.
- Orders and payments: recipient numbers, products purchased, order references, delivery status, wallet transactions, payment references and applicable storefront or commission records. Payment providers process the payment details you submit through their payment interfaces.
- Support and security: messages and attachments you send to support, sign-in events, IP addresses and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use your information
We use information to authenticate you, maintain your account, process purchases and deliveries, keep wallet and transaction records, operate storefronts, provide order updates, answer support requests, and investigate errors or abuse. Existing accounts require password confirmation before first linking Google.
Who receives information
We use hosting, payment, delivery and communications providers to operate the service. For example, delivering a bundle requires sending its recipient number and product details to a delivery provider. Relevant order information may also be available to the storefront owner or sub-agent responsible for the sale. Authorized administrators can access information needed for operations and support. When AI-assisted support is used, support content may be processed by the configured AI service provider.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate fraud, protect accounts, or respond to a valid legal request. Third-party services handle information under their own applicable privacy policies.
Cookies and account security
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. If you select “Remember me,” a persistent authentication cookie supports future sign-ins. Disabling these cookies may prevent account features from working. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect account information; no online system can guarantee complete security.
Retention and privacy requests
Account information is retained while your account is in use. Transaction, security and support records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information using the contact below. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and will explain when particular records cannot be deleted immediately.
Your Google account
You can review or remove DealersDataZone's connection in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Removing that connection does not by itself delete your DealersDataZone account or its transaction records. Contact us if you also want the stored Google account link or your DealersDataZone account removed.
